There is an expectation as you start this unit that you are competent to a base level in the software applications associated with word processing and spreadsheets. If you need further work developing your skills in these areas, then please work through the appropriate section below.

Underpinning Skills

To been successful in this unit you will need the underpinning skills of intermediate word processing (i.e. MS Word), basic spreadsheeting (i.e. MS Excel) and some skills in a presentation package (i.e. MS PowerPoint).

The following resources will assist you to gain or refine your skills in these foundation areas before you move to the learning object.
