Comply with legislative, policy and industrial requirements in the education environment

 

 

 

This unit covers compliance (i.e. following the legal requirements) with the legislation, regulations, organizsational policies and industrial agreements that are in the education and training sectors. It includes identifying and complying with the legal and policy requirements of working in these areas and also provides advice on reporting instances of non-compliance directly related to your duties as an education support worker (e.g. tutor, teacher-aide, etc.).
